Delivery Terms
Delivery Information
We provide a next day courier delivery service, delivered the next-working day (excluding bank holidays). Our cut-off time for same-day dispatch orders is 4pm Monday to Friday.
All orders are shipped with a courier delivery (except where Royal mail is selected) and a signature will be required.
Covid Update: under the current circumstances, we are unable to guarantee a next day delivery.
- Courier Next Day (orders placed before 4pm) – £4.95
- Delivery to Ireland and Outer Isles – £9.95.
Next Day Delivery Terms
Next day delivery is not applicable on the following days: Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays for next day delivery will be processed the following working day.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes at this time.
Please note: If you request for your parcel to be left in a safe place by our courier, we cannot be held responsible for missing packages.
Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly. Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer
Missed Deliveries
If your order has been shipped via a courier, they should leave a calling card on the first delivery attempt. They will then attempt another delivery the following day. If no one is available to accept delivery again, they will return your parcel to your local depot and wait for you to arrange a convenient day for delivery or arrange a pick-up from your local depot. Your parcel will be held for a maximum of 5 working days, before returning the parcel back to us. If your order has been shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery your local postal service will leave a calling card on their first delivery attempt. Your parcel will then be returned to your local delivery office for a convenient collection.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once item is received, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs (if you were asked to return items yourself).
